2022 local government elections

All 7 Councillor positions were contested at the NSW Local Government election on Saturday 4 December 2021.

The NSW Electoral Commission declared the results of the poll on 21 December following distribution of preferences. The names of the successful candidates are listed below.

An extraordinary meeting was held on Tuesday 11 January 2022 with the new Councillors electing Cr Chris Cherry as Mayor until September 2023 and Cr Reece Byrnes as Deputy Mayor until December 2022.
